I have been providing software, support and business services to small, medium and large businesses since the inception of off the shelf business software.

I am an MYOB Approved Partner, MYOB Approved RetailManager Professional, MYOB EXO Employer Services Consultant, Ostendo Approved Installer, QuickBooks Accredited Trainer, and authorised reseller for: MoneyWorks, IMS, Smoothpay, Alchemix, You Grow, WebNinja, Cash Focus, and DataWise.  I have done the installer training for sagePASTEL Evolution and I provide support for sagePASTEL Partner and Xero.

I do customized setups of Accounting, Payroll, Point of Sale, Manufacturing, Jobs and Service systems for a huge variety of different clients, as well as classroom and one on one training.  I have an in-depth knowledge of the products I support and, with over 15 years working with businesses, I can rapidly find a solution to your problems.

I am not PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte Touche Tomatsu, Ernst & Young or KPMG, nor do I plan to be, so I specialise in providing affordable services to small and medium sized businesses. I work with a group of associates from New Zealand and overseas so that I can provide you with a full range of services and support.  I liaise with your accountant and IT company to ensure a smooth implementation.   I'm sure you'll find my rates competitive for the calibre of support you will receive.

Tertiary Qualifications, Down to Earth Experiences

I have a Masters Degree in Business Management, I am a qualified teacher of accounting, ecomonics and computer studies and I am a voluntary business mentor for Business Mentors New Zealand.  

I have worked on the factory floor, trained in fast food management, and managed large fast food outlets. 

I have taught business studies, accounting and computer studies in secondary schools and adult community classes and have presented seminars to groups of between 10 and 200 attendees. 

I had a short career in HR in the RNZAF, training recruits and managing the welfare and accommodation of women on base.

I am currently a business software and systems consultant and the joint owner of an electronics manufacturing business. My area of specialisation is performance measurement.
